Vault Fruit are collectable items you can get within the vault through Completion Crates, Vendors, Champion Kills and Resource Cards and black market table.
 
When in a vault you can sacrifice 10% of your overall HP for additional time.
 
Within one vault each player can eat a maximum of 10 Vault Fruits in any combination which will leave the player on 1 heart.
