Void Crucible
The Void Crucible allows a player to automatically void items inside a vault. To be able to craft the Void Crucible, the player must first unlock the "Junk Management" Research in the "Looting" category. When unlocked, the player can craft the Void Crucible, wear a Void Pendant, and unlock the Dank-Set.
The Void Crucible will automatically void non-vault blocks that are dropped inside the vault without damaging the magnet, provided the player is wearing a Void Pendant.
Item Filtering
The primary function of the Void Crucible is to manage an item blacklist. The player can specify which items should not be voided.
- The interface allows the player to select up to 54 specific blocks or items to be exempt from voiding.
- Items can be added by dragging and dropping from JEI or by clicking on them within a thematic category.
- The Crucible also features a theme selector to conveniently whitelist groups of related items at once.
The Void Pendant
The Void Pendant is now found in Ornate Chest and is no longer craftable in the Void Crucible. It is a required item for the Void Crucible to function. A Void Pendant has a limited number of uses; once it runs out, it loses its effect and will no longer void items or provide stat bonuses.
