While looting Living chests the player will have a chance to receive rare items called Inscriptions and Inscription Pieces. At a cost to the crystals capacity players are able to add inscriptions and control some of the rooms generated within the vault.
Inscriptions can be crafted using the inscription table with crafting materials that vary depending on the room that is created.

Mine | Omega Room | The Mine is full of gems | ||

Paint | Omega Room | The pain room will generate with a random number of buckets offering the player a variation of all chest types. It can also contain Ores in paint drops hanging from the celling or coin piles at the bottom | ||

Vendoor | Omega Room | The Vendoor room is full of shopping pedestals offering the player a variety of items to purchase | ||
|
Village | Challenge Room | The Villager can contain either Giled, Ornate or Living chests. It can also sometimes randomly spawn a unique item | ||

X-Mark | Challenge Room | The X-Mark room if completed will offer the player a variety of random chests, Jewels and unique items | ||
|
Chromatic | Resource Room | The Chromatic room contains chromatic iron ore | ||
|
Farm | Resource Room | The Farm contains overworld ores and resources that can be required by the crystal | ||
|
Emerald Caves | Resource Room | The Emerald caves contain emerald ore | ||

Raid Room | Challenge Room | The raid room offers the player a selection of rewards for compliting. This includes all Chest types, Coin Piles, Unique items, Raid rocks and rare focus. | ||
