Choice Flask is an item used to revert an Ability specialization to go back to the original ability (example cleanse back to heal) It's greatly used to test specialization and to see what suits you most.

Each ability has a different flask so a healing flask cannot be used to revert Blizzard arrow Which is a specialization of Storm arrow here are the different flasks.
