The Vault Soul Harvester must be unlocked through Research before it can be crafted or used.
Usage
The Vault Soul Harvester functions similarly to the Vault Soul Diffuser but with dramatically increased processing speed. It converts soul-valued items into their respective soul values at an accelerated rate.
