Cagerium (Compact Mob Farms) provides lag-free single block mob farms for various hostile and passive mobs. It adds 3 blocks to the game: Mob Cages, Mob Terrariums, and Binding Plates.
Once placed, inserting a Spawn Egg will constantly "kill" the mob as if it was defeated by a player; depositing their drops in any inventory located immediately below it.
