As you level through vault hunters you will unlock different quality of tools based on the materials you craft them with. As you get to higher levels within the pack the cost for the tool will increase however the capacity and number of repair slots
will also change.
You will be able to see the unlock requirements and cost as well as craft your tool in the tool station.
