As you level through vault hunters you will unlock different quality of tools based on the materials you craft them with. As you get to higher levels within the pack the cost for the tool will increase however the capacity and number of repair slots
As levels are gained in Vault Hunters, different tool qualities are unlocked depending on the materials used in crafting. At higher levels within the pack, the cost of tools increases, while capacity and the number of repair slots are also adjusted.
