Vault Ores found in The Vault important for a player's progression as it's used in almost every recipe (e.g., Knowledge Stars, Catalysts), they are affected by Plentiful Catalyst increasing the amount of ores inside the vault.

Painite	Rare	Used to craft Vaulterite and Repair Cores.
Black Opal	Rare	Used to craft Black Chromatic Steel Tool and high tier modded items.
Echo Gem	Legendary	Used to craft Echo POG and Echoing Tools.
Player Gem	Unique	Used to craft a POG and Clusters.
