Challenge Rooms

Challenge Rooms present unique challenges that differ from Omega Rooms. These rooms feature various gimmicks including combat encounters against Guardians, boss fights, and other objectives that must be completed to earn rewards. They contain various vault chests, Vault Loot, and unique items, with a 7% chance to generate in any vault.

Players can guarantee Challenge Room spawns using specific Inscriptions.
